Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Provisions and Parties

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all product sales made through the e-commerce website dallalidia.com/shop/ managed by dalla lidia srl, with registered office at Via Baldassarre Galuppi, 215, 30142 Burano (VE), VAT No.: 04373780271 (hereinafter "the Seller"). The buyer is the final consumer (hereinafter "the Customer").

2. Subject of the Contract

The contract concerns the sale of products presented on the website dallalidia.com/shop/. The essential characteristics of the products are indicated in the technical specifications available online.

3. Prices and Payments

Product prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Payments for orders are made through the XPay payment gateway by Nexi. Accepted credit and debit cards are those supported by the XPay circuit, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other participating cards. The transaction is secure and encrypted; the Seller never stores card data.

4. Purchase Process

Product purchases are made through an online shopping cart process. The order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. The Customer will receive an order confirmation via email summarizing the purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly indicated before the order is completed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and destination.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the products. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to send a written communication to the Seller's address and return the products in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as provided by law.

8. Privacy

The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the current privacy regulations, as specified in the site's Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of Venice.
